All rights to OnlyCircle’s trademarks, logos, and software belong to the company. Content you post remains yours, but you grant OnlyCircle a license to display, distribute, and use it within the platform.

We may remove or restrict content that violates our policies. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

OnlyCircle is not responsible for damages arising from your use of the platform. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be settled in courts of competent jurisdiction.
